Build Expo USA is the premier regional building and construction trade show producer in the United States. Over the last 30+ years, we have hosted shows in every major market in the country, including New York, LA, Chicago, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Boston, Philadelphia. Build Expo is seeking to add money motivated, hard-working, and skilled inside sales professionals to our growing team. Job Duties & Responsibilities: * Identify and generate new business for Build Expo USA through cold calling leads. Will make an average of 100 calls per day * Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve and exceed assigned weekly and monthly quotas * Efficiently and effectively address the customer business need, then offer appropriate value proposition solutions * Consistently demonstrate persistence and tenacity to overcome obstacles and to move the customer or prospect towards commitment using key selling points and features, benefits, and tools. * Maintain a database of prospects through documentation by recording activity and statistics on each outbound call thru company CRM * Be strategic minded toward organizational mission and goals * Continuously evolve personal development to improve personal efficiency and effectivenessJob Requirements: * 2+ years of inside sales managerial experience * Strong ability to close deals quickly while cultivating long-term customer relationships * Hunger and tenacity to find the sale; can engage and open doors quickly * Strong time management / organizational skills; utilization of systems, leads, etc. * Familiar with working in an incentive/goal driven environment. * Strong leadership skills.
