The role:

This is a 10 month FTC to cover maternity leave.

2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.

It is such an exciting time to join our large, expanding recruitment team. You will work with and sit amongst the 23 Resourcing Business Partners to recruit the best talent into Bupa Dental Care!

Key responsibilities include:

• Recruiting all Associate (dentist), Locum, Hygienist and Therapist hiring within a defined geographic area
• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand and meet the hiring needs of BDC.
• Managing full lifecycle resourcing, from requisition, to search and selection, through to offer management and acceptance.
• Pre-screening candidates, ensuring they meet role requirements, and fit the BDC people vision and values
• Continually developing, replenishing and managing talent pools using both traditional and innovative means.
• Adhering to the BDC Resourcing Process, ensuring candidates have the correct compliance documentation in place

What we’re looking for:

• Significant resourcing experience, either within an agency, RPO or in-house resourcing team
• In-depth experience of direct sourcing, across a broad range of channels and methodologies
• Demonstrable experience of managing high volumes of roles, whilst working to tight deadlines and achieving stretching targets
• Superior relationship and rapport building skills, with the focus on driving best in class performance within resourcing
• Experience of utilising and maintaining an ATS
• Strong influencing, negotiating and consulting skills
• Resourceful and resilient
• Experience of recruiting healthcare professionals is an advantage
