Bupa Hiring for Caregiver – St Kilda Job at Hamilton Full Time

We at Bupa St Kilda Care Home, located in Cambridge, is searching for compassionate, empathetic Caregivers to join our team on a permanent, full-time, part-time and casual basis – a great opportunity if you are wanting flexibility.

As a Caregiver you will work under the guidance and supervision of qualified nursing staff and management, to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will deliver the highest quality person first care to residents in line with their individual care plan

Key Task and Responsibilities

• Treat residents with respect and dignity
• Provide personal care assistance with daily living
• Mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
• Maintain accurate health care documentation as required
• Encourage all residents to participate in scheduled social activities
• Contribute to the development of a positive, safe, home environment for residents, visitors, and the wider team
• Adhere to workplace health and safety guidelines and policies

About you

• An NZQA qualification in Health Care and Wellbeing is preferable
• Ideally, you will have previous aged care experience, however, we are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, care, and passion for making a positive impact on residents
• Must be able to commit to working on a rotating roster
• Reliable transport or travel arrangements
