Bupa Looking for Marketing Assistant at Auckland City, Auckland Full Time

Where you’ll make an impact

You will play an integral part supporting our dynamic team with a variety of exciting marketing projects. Based in our modern Newmarket office you will be a point of contact and ‘glue’ between the comms, digital, sales and design teams. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will help build the Bupa brand across New Zealand. Key aspects of the role include:

• Coordinate campaigns including briefing agency and our internal Bupa Design Studio.
• Support with development of advertising material across digital and traditional channels.
• Liaise with internal teams to coordinate marketing collateral.
• Proof copy for website and promotional material.
• Manage online presence of key villages and care homes including Bupa website, Trade Me, Village Guide and Eldernet.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget.
• Manage key stakeholders effectively.

You will have oodles of energy, be proactive and creative. You will be committed to your own on-going learning and self-motivated to perform to a high standard. You may be a recent marketing graduate or have a year or two junior marketing experience under your belt and have:

• Great attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the business.
• A polite, friendly and approachable manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent Microsoft Office skills.
• Effective time and task management.
