What you’ll do:

• You wash all plateware, pots pans and cooking utensils for the restaurant
• You create a positive work environment through your organization and focus
• You are responsible for keeping a clean, sanitized and organized station as well as keeping up with the flow of operations.
• You should expect to lift up to 50 pounds several times a day and have the ability to place cases, pans, utensils and and plates on both low and high shelves
