Burns Traveling Sales Associate
A Burns Traveling Sales Associate is responsible for educating and selling Burns heirloom quality products while elevating the client experience through attending trade shows and setting up saddle fittings. A Burns Traveling Sales Associate’s responsibilities include but are not limited to answering questions, product and Burns history education, assessing client needs, developing relationships, closing and fulfilling sales, meeting individual sales goals, and working with fellow team members to reach team goals.

Burns Traveling Sales Associate Expectations, Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop a broad understanding of the Burns Product line, and history of the Company
· Ability to drive and maintain a truck and trailer
· Ability to set up a booth at a trade show
· Availability to travel approximately 50% of the year and manage traveling schedule
· Ability to book travel accommodations, track expenses, and stay within budget
· Ability to complete vending space applications, tax documents and till reconciliations
· Capability of selling high ticket items as well as developing sales through upselling
· Ability to manage open orders and follow up with clients on order status
· Ability to meet and exceed individual Sales Goals and contribute to team sales goals
· Building and developing client relationships
· Keeping confidentiality of client’s personal interests as well as the company’s interests
· Learn and use the company business system and Microsoft Suite
· Ensuring the store is in working order- daily duties may include housekeeping, product display, shipping, receiving, and administrative duties.
· Participating in Team L10 Meetings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $50.00 per hour
