A file clerk organizes records such as forms, invoices and receipts, and files these in relevant files. Know the difference between deposits, invoices, bank statements and other forms. Making sure filing systems are up to date. Duties include collecting documents from departments, developing an effective document storage and filing system and digitizing hard copies of documents.
