Your ability to research, reconciliation skills, Excel knowledge , and attention to detail are the keys to success here. Assist the Corporate Pricing Manager and be trained to research and audit vendor accounts to ensure that rebate payments are tracked and accounted for. Your communication skills are in demand too, as you work in the hub of the organization; acting as liaison between purchasing, accounting, suppliers, and branch management.

Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:

• Review and audit vendor accounts for accuracy
• Reconcile balances
• Liaise with internal purchasing department and branches
• Coordinate and track vendor payments

Desired Skills for the Administrative Assistant:

• One years’ related work experience or equivalent education
• Ability to research and an interest in audit related projects
• Great communication skills, the ability “to think outside the box”
• Strong Excel and the ability to reconcile

Compensation for the Administrative Assistant: to 55,000.00/ year DOE
