As a Business Research Admin, you’ll be on the phone throughout the day in the comfort of your own home; speaking with people in our metro area, verifying accurate details of phone numbers, names and addresses of the partners we work with. Besides working from home, you get to set the hours of when you will work during the business day as well as how many hours you will do for the week. Training and On-going feedback sessions are virtual.

Successful candidates for the Business Research Admin position will have the following skills and qualifications:

• Commit to working 15 hours minimum per week / 25 hours maximum per week
• 1 year of prior customer service or support admin experience is preferred
• Excellent phone demeanor
• Legible handwriting is a must
• Articulate, with good grammar and spelling skills
• Ability to work independently while still being part of a team
• Strong organizational skills
