Buying Time LLC Hiring for Level 2 Virtual Support Team Member at Remote Full Time

Buying Time LLC is a growing Virtual Assistance Agency comprised of a team of virtual assistants that support business owners in many areas of business. With an aim to be key support for clients in whatever they need support in we have worked to build a team of VAs with different areas of expertise and are looking to add someone to that team that can begin supporting clients and learning the ins and outs of virtual assisting.

We are currently looking to hire an individual with a permanent residence in:

• California
• Texas
• Alabama
• Florida
• Maryland

As a Level 2 Virtual Support Team Member, you will be responsible for interfacing directly with and providing services to your assigned clients. Possible tasks can include but are not limited to:

• General administrative tasks such as handling inboxes, scheduling, etc.

• Social media and email marketing

• Build automated sequences and funnels in a variety of programs/software

• Customer Service

• Blog/Website updates

• Speaking engagement research and marketing

• Project Management

• And more!

You don’t have to know how to do everything – we’ll teach you but candidates must be:

• Willing to learn and have an ability to learn quickly

• Be disciplined and hardworking regardless of the distractions of working from home

• Strong Project and Time Management skills

• Be organized and effectively communicate updates to team and clients

• The ability to discuss a client’s needs and do the necessary research to determine how to achieve their goal and, of course, execute

• Always roll with the punches

Other daily tasks include:

• Actively checking company service email inbox and making sure that all emails are replied to in a timely manner

• Assisting with service requests to help out the team

• Assign tasks to Level 1 Virtual Assistant(s)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
