C3 Limited is a market leader in New Zealand’s port related product handling, adding value to its clients business by providing solutions to their logistics needs. Employing over 1200 staff in 13 locations across New Zealand, C3 is experiencing rapid growth and expansion both here and into Australia.

Our Commercial Team is looking for a Commercial Analyst to join them. This is a pivotal role where you will provide commercial and analytical support to our senior managers in order to assist with the business development of C3 and assess new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who will challenge existing thinking and bring innovative ideas to their analysis.

Reporting to the General Manager Commercial, your responsibilities will include:

• Financial modeling of new business opportunities
• Preparing RFP and tender documents
• Supporting managers with analysis and presentation of meaningful data
• Assisting with data and analysis for strategic planning
• Pricing reviews

To be considered for this role you will need:

• To be highly organised with good follow through
• Talent at analysis and research of financial and non-financial data
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Significant attention to detail
• Good literacy skills with an ability to write quality reports
• Advanced Excel skills
• A relevant Finance/Commercial or Business Management tertiary qualification
