Certified Public Accounting firm is looking for a bright and energetic individual who is reliable with great organizational skills. This job is for administrative tasks within our office.

Duties:

* Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner

* Meet and direct visitors in the location

* Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing etc.

* Assemble tax returns.

* Proofread reports and correspondence

* Distribute mail and overnight packages. Ensure mail is properly stamped and mailed on a daily basis.

* Multi-task in a fast-paced environment

* Bookkeeping tasks

* Organize office documents and work flow

* Maintain office supplies inventory

Requirements:

*Strong skills with Microsoft Office

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially spelling and grammar

*QuickBooks a plus

*Attention to details

*Positive attitude, strong work ethics, and ability to multi task

*Willingness to learn

*Strong computer skills

* Overtime hours may be required especially during tax season.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
