Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Dealing directly with customers for obtaining invoice information
• Ensuring precise data entry
• Conducting clerical duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing spreadsheets

Requirements and skills:

• High school diploma
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Strong attention to detail including a high level of accuracy with data entry
• The ability to be self-motivated, and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop would be an asset
