We are seeking a Marking Coordinator who is creative, enjoys brainstorming, and testing out exciting and new digital and print marketing ideas. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced team environment and on their own to achieve optimal results. Use your current skills and learn new skills to coordinate and implement marketing strategies including social media, direct mail, email, trade shows, directory listings and digital ad campaigns. This role is based in The Colony, TX.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:

• Thoroughly examine each item to determine the correct condition and other pertinent information needed for listings
• Review against information given (as applicable) for listing
• Identify rare, collectible and/or unique items to sell from groupings given to maximize the overall average selling price.
• Photograph items to be posted with the ability to edit. Take 6 relevant, consumer focused pictures per item or necessary amount to depict accurately to online bidders
• List all items accurately, comprehensively, with no typos or spelling errors
• Ability to use accurate and relevant keywords for attracting searches i.e. brand, item style, colors and condition of products listed
• Proofread all item descriptions for clarity, spelling and grammar
• List average of 4-6 items per hour on appropriate software platform for a goal of 30 items per 8 hours shift.
• Meet all revenue goals set by Manager
• Follow safety policies and procedures ensuring maximum safety, security, and protection of all customers and company assets
• Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Work cooperatively with all consumers, and co-workers to promote the achievement of the company mission
• Follow all posting and storage procedures

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to research and write detailed descriptions of items then post the items for sale.
• Ability to maintain listing goals assigned by management
• Provide feedback to the pricing department on items that are selling below or above the UBC assigned price
• Maintain an efficient work space and adhere to all standard operating procedures for all product encountered
• Empty trash as needed and maintain a LEAN organized and clean work area
• Work overtime as needed to maintain efficient product flow, online sales, and levels of product
• Maintain accurate product inventory counts and keep product in an organized fashion
• Keep necessary paperwork and files required for any related product
• Must be able to work independently
• Other duties as assigned by management
