Job Duties

• Design and develop Java-based applications that leverage AWS services effectively.
• Integrate AWS components such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, etc., into the application architecture.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to AWS services, application performance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to set up and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Ensure the security and compliance of AWS resources and applications.
• Optimize application performance for high availability and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay up to date with the latest AWS and Java developments, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Degree Requirement: This position requires, at a minimum, a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Work Schedule: Full Time, 40 Hours/Week
