CAD Engineering Resources, Inc Hiring for Receptionist/Administrative Assistant Job at Clinton Township, MI Full Time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Creates a welcoming & professional environment for all visitors entering Client’s lobby.
Contacts host so visitor may be escorted throughout the building.
Answers and/or forwards general company questions and inquiries to appropriate Client team member.
Reinforces safety and security protocols for visitors; maintains logbooks; issues visitor badges.
Answers and monitors incoming phone calls
Maintains safe and clean reception area
Monitors and orders office supplies as needed including cafeteria and kitchenette supplies.
Organizes internal lunches customer lunches and supports internal company events, when needed
Supports contingent labor HR team with reconciling supplier and worker documentation within One11 Talent and/or Supplier Portal
Provides other general administrative support when needed
