Customer Support Agent – Dubin 4 – Hybrid Working Model

Cadent Sourcing is working with Ireland’s leading online Price Comparison site, to hire a Customer Support Agent for their Broadband and Energy customers.

The company is Ireland’s leading comparison website, and has a culture of ownership, collaboration and success.

WFH Monday & Friday and office Tuesday to Thursday.

In this role, you will have specific focus on customer support, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Required:

• 1-2 years’ experience in phone, chat & email-based customer support role.
• A willingness to learn about the energy, broadband and banking markets. Previous experience in the energy sector is advantageous but not essential
• Comfortable in a quality management environment, that involves CS Score cards and call listening.
• Experience in an environment that monitors Customer Service metrics, Sales, Quality, Abandonment rate, AHT, Volume by channel, C-SAT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

The Role:

• Take inbound customer calls, relating to Energy or Broadband services.
• Respond to customer questions by phone, chat and email.
• Placing orders for customers over the phone
• Review your metrics with your manager to identify strengths and areas of development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €28,000.00 per year
