We are inviting applications for the post of “Data Analyst” with Cadent Sourcing This position is permanent full-time. The role is predominately Dublin based, with support to our clients in the regions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic Energy Team with a range of SME Commercial to Public Sector Large Energy Users. Mentoring will be provided by in-house Certified Energy Manager with a Data Analytics Career Development ethos from the outset.

Job description:

To provide data Mining, Analysis, and Presentation of key performance indicators to our client sites relating to their energy usage and to report data anomalies, exceptions, and insights.

Responsibilities:

• Data Mining
• Energy Data Analysis & Reporting
• Supporting roles as applicable

Duties:

• Working closely with the Energy Engineers through Data and reporting Insights
• Following (& Generating) Data Analysis Standard Operating Procedures
• Sensitivity Analysis to identify key performance indicators
• Compiling and processing Data requests
• Site-visitations (transport provided)
• Supporting duties as applicable

Requirements:

• Professional Engineering or Science Qualification or equivalent
• Excellent Data Analysis, Data Management, Documentation and Presentation Skills
• Outstanding team player
• Fluent English
• Applicants must be entitled to work full time in the EU

Desirable:

• Engineering or Science Degree

Of key importance are the data mining and analysis skills, so attention-to-detail, data synthesis and presentation and excellent communication and fluency in English is required.

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
