Head of IT Recruitment
This is a fully remote position
Due to continued growth, Cadent Sourcing is seeking someone to lead all Tech/IT Recruitment. This role will oversee client management, revenue growth and team leadership and development.
The successful candidate will have Tech or IT Recruitment sourcing experience and strong commercial understanding
Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in Tech Hiring
- Excellent Candidate Sourcing skills
- Experience Recruiting via LinkedIn products
- Leadership ambitions
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
The Role:
- Manage our service offering to IT/Technical clients
- Account management of all IT and technical clients, ensuring renewal of our Recruitment service.
- Grow and develop a team for all Tech clients.
- Contribute to the running of the overall business
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
