Fully Remote (OTE c€60,000)

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage our existing Tech Clients and to grow the Tech Recruitment over time.

Progression: This role will become our Head of Tech Recruitment

Required:

• 4 years experience in Recruiting for Tech or IT Talent.
• Agency or in house experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the LinkedIn System.
• Third Level Degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Role:

• Delivery of high quality Candidate Shortlists for each of our client’s open vacancies.
• Thorough Candidate searches plus initial screening.
• Build and/or maintain client relationships with the goal of 100% retention.
• Define and improve business processes.
• Support the new client acquisition process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
