Fully Remote (OTE c€60,000)

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage our existing Tech Clients and to grow the Tech Recruitment over time.
Progression: This role will become our Head of Tech Recruitment
Required:
- 4 years experience in Recruiting for Tech or IT Talent.
- Agency or in house experience.
- Excellent knowledge of the LinkedIn System.
- Third Level Degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Role:
- Delivery of high quality Candidate Shortlists for each of our client’s open vacancies.
- Thorough Candidate searches plus initial screening.
- Build and/or maintain client relationships with the goal of 100% retention.
- Define and improve business processes.
- Support the new client acquisition process.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
