The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support to the management team and all employees in the administration of maintenance, modification and warranty work on Light Rail Vehicles for the commuter rail system in the Greater Toronto Area. The Admin Assistant will support in the preparation of documents, presentations, progress reports and prepare and manage the departmental budget; provide administrative support for travelling, validation and management of time sheets; manage departmental database and filing structure.
