Caerus Corp Hiring for Graphic Designer – Contract Only at Arden Hills, MN Full Time

Caerus Corp is a corporation based in Arden Hills, MN, that designs, manufactures, and commercializes an expansive portfolio of medical products for human and veterinary patients. Our mission is to provide life-enhancing alternatives to pharmaceutical pain management and surgical intervention. Our brands include OrthoCor Medical, Animal Ortho Care, Lil Back Bracer, and Red Fox Innovations. We are seeking a temporary Graphic Designer to join our team.

The Graphic Designer position will design, develop and adapt a variety of print and digital materials to meet internal and corporate marketing needs. The Graphic Designer will understand company goals, marketing objectives as well as visual expectations for our existing brands and brand guidelines. Based on project goals and requirements, the Graphic Designer will create designs using the latest graphic design trends and techniques

This position is a contract position that offers a full-time work schedule for 6 months.

Responsibilities include:

• Work within company brand guidelines to create materials for a variety of platforms.

• Ensure efficient, high quality and timely production of projects and designs.

• Assist in creating templates for repetitive materials as appropriate.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement print and digital material, animations, and videos to support marketing initiatives, including sell sheets, brochures, presentations, videos, animations, advertisements, infographics, and other promotional materials.

• Create online marketing materials such as email marketing, social media posts and website page design.

• Provide support for photography and video projects as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience.

• 1+ years’ experience in related field.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office in a Mac environment.

• An eye for aesthetics and details.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

• A strong portfolio with print and digital examples (Portfolio Required).
