Qualifications

• Typing: 1 year (Required)
• US work authorization (Required)
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Pull data from various programs and sources and enter in client database.
• Properly review and rename legal documents for entry into the main subscriber database and/or triage to the appropriate personnel.
• Review/monitor of all incoming mail from the US Postal service as well as the LER status email box.
• Review requests according to established policy and guidelines and process accorder to standard procedures.
• Maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy to comply with established standards and to meet deadlines. Interface with internal and external team members as needed. Adhere to attendance and reliability guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years relevant experience required.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and independent
• Any legal administration skills are a plus!

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
