Job Summary
This position will provide clerical and administrative support for the COB Center for Student Success.

Experience in working in a higher education setting. Ability to produce written and oral reports. Experience in supervising students. Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with co-workers. Ability to work well in a detail-oriented, frequent deadlines environment. Ability to establish work priorities (plan ahead, prioritize, coordinate and delegate tasks for multiple projects and to meet deadlines in a busy environment. Experience in working well with ethnically and culturally diverse faculty, staff and community. Knowledge of University email system required
Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures. Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university’s commitment to a “vision of excellence.”
Education and Experience
Equivalent to three years of administrative support experience required. A minimum of one year of academic records evaluation experience preferred.

Compensation
The salary range for this classification is $3,120 to $4,592 per month.

Time Base
Full-time temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
