Job Summary
The Administrative Support Coordinator provides support to the College of Health and Human Services (CHHS), the CHHS ASM, and CHHS Departments, as needed. This Coordinator will be assigned to support various Departments, Department Chairs/Directors, faculty, staff, and students in a wide variety of areas, including budgeting and finance, communications, scheduling, record keeping, and personnel matters. The Admin Support Coordinator also provides customer service for its constituents: faculty, staff, students, and the public-at-large. This position may support multiple department units at one time.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of various Microsoft products, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures. Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student, and assist in achieving the university’s commitment to a “vision of excellence.”
Education and Experience
Equivalent to four years of administrative support experience required. Experience in PeopleSoft and Sharepoint are highly preferred.

Compensation
The hiring salary range is from $3,276 to $4,000 per month based on experience. The salary range for this classification is $3,276 to $5,148 per month.

Time Base
Full-time temporary position for one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
