Data Entry Clerk – Student Enrollment Specialist – No Experience Needed

The Data Entry Clerk – Student Enrollment Specialist will assist the Sales Representative in processing academic enrollments – no experience needed.

Responsibilities

The Data Entry Clerk – Student Enrollment Specialist will assist the Sales Representative in processing academic enrollments – no experience needed.

As part of the screening process, will be responsible for verifying documents and any other areas necessary to qualify prospective applicants for training.

This position helps the sales agent onboard applicants. The Sales Representative (different position) will be communicating directly with the applicant “one voice of the company”. The Student Enrollment Specialist (this position) will be “behind the scenes” and help identify areas that need to be completed by the applicant so the sales agent can follow-up and keep the applicant on track for a successful start.

• High level of organizational skills.
• High level of communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interact with staff, and students.
• Understanding of confidentiality requirements in a higher education setting.
• Ability to establish priorities and meet assigned deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
