Job Summary: This position is responsible for answering sales calls, responding to customer questions, and generating sales orders and sales estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Be knowledgeable about the product

2. Commitment to excellent customer service

3. Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

4. Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

5. Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

6. Answer questions about the products

7. Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

8. Prepare sales orders

9. Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors

Educational Requirements: A college degree and knowledge of agriculture is preferred but not required.

Experience: Experience in sales/marketing and or a history of related experience is preferred.

Skills:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

2. Self-starter

3. Ability to multi-task

4. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks

5. Competent in Microsoft Office

6. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers

7. Able to work comfortably in fast-paced environment

8. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
