Overview:
School Office Manager – Registrar
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday
Calo Programs is a unique organization comprising of an extraordinary group of programs that are family intensive, preteen and teen residential treatment centers, and young adult transition programs. The primary objective is to bring job back into the lives of children and families who have experienced some trauma during their developmental period. Our campus is located in Lake Ozark, Missouri and houses residences as well as classrooms for the children we serve.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Office Manager/Registrar includes:
- creating semester class schedules
- enrolling students in classes
- obtaining transcripts from previous schools upon enrollment at Calo and keeping student transcripts up to date
- work on graduation plans and assign students according to grad requirements
- communicate with other school districts when necessary about academics
- communicate with parents regularly to answer any academic questions they may have
- administering ACTs
- supply ordering for the Academic department
- Assist Academic Director with any daily clerical tasks that need to be completed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Be 21 years of age or older
Pass State and Federal background check
Pass physical and drug screen
Have a heart for caring
