ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a really exciting opportunity to work for one of the biggest brand names in NZ! In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in the creative process, turning briefs into visually stunning digital assets that resonate with the brands identity. Your day-to-day will involve designing and producing a variety of content, from animated digital displays to engaging social media visuals and EDMs. You’ll collaborate closely with brand managers, ensuring each project meets its objectives while staying true to their marketing strategy. Whether you’re reacting to last-minute requests or working on long-term campaigns, you’ll thrive in their fast-paced, dynamic environment. Expect to juggle multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and delivering on tight deadlines.

• Design and deliver innovative digital assets, including EDMs, social media content, and web visuals.
• Collaborate with brand managers to interpret briefs and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Create animated digital displays that enhance brand presence across platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond quickly to ad-hoc requests, delivering high-quality designs on tight deadlines.

Skills & Experience

To excel as a Digital Designer, you’ll need a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and industry experience. You’ll have several years of experience in the retail sector, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. You’ll be proficient in Adobe CC Suite, with an eye for detail and a passion for innovative design. Your ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines will be essential.

• Proven experience in digital design, preferably within retail.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC Suite.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital marketing design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
