You can buy a car entirely online, without any salespeople involved
You can have your new car delivered to your driveway, usually the same day
You can spend a week with your vehicle to decide if you love it, and if you don’t we’ll pick it up

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and organize all lot staff
• Act as the primary intermediary between the lot and office staff
• Strategically prioritize inspection, staging and loading of vehicles for the Lot Attendant team
• Offer aid to the delivery team while they exit and enter the premises
• Facilitate the cleaning and movement of the company fleet
• Maintain and enforce lot cleanliness standards
• Help the lot team with hands on work whenever possible
• Collect and quality-check documentation submitted from the Lot Attendant and Driver team to the office

• Excellent verbal and written communication
