Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Team Lead, Warehouse will take the lead in ensuring that assigned warehouse functions are completed in a timely manner. Incumbent will provide leadership to warehouse staff and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the warehouse team and ensure that all assigned work is completed
• Review daily workload with team and plan priorities
• Provide leadership to warehouse staff and act as point of contact for all inquiries
• To lead the inbound receiving of fabric and review receipts before posting in AX
• To audit inbound fabric receipts and enter results into Inbound Quality Record spreadsheet
• To function as a Warehouse facility, contact after day shift is over
• To arm and disarm security system for the warehouse or site

Experience, Education and Designations:

• Previous experience leading staff
• Previous work in a warehouse/distribution capacity
• HS Diploma
• RF picking/receiving experience
• Reverse Raymond licence an asset

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Working knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong work ethic and Leadership skills
• Ability to lead by example and take charge attitude
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous success in dynamic, fast paced environments

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing environment
