Provide exceptional administrative support, including providing appropriate performance metrics, including quality, quantity, timeliness, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Handle and protect highly confidential employee information with extreme discretion
Perform administrative support work including but not limited to:
Expense processing and tracking
Manage and book travel arrangements (including conference registrations)
Manage and book calendar appointments
Preparation of reports, presentations, agendas and correspondence to both internal and external stakeholders
Planning of meetings and events
Summarize meeting minutes from Management meetings or other gatherings and ensure the appropriate follow-up activities take place
Other accountabilities as required
