- Greet customers, vendors and visitors
- Answer, screen and direct all incoming calls
- Arrange and coordinate travel schedule and appointments for executives
- Organize facility events
- Accounts payable data entry and resolve any discrepancies
- Review and reconcile statement of accounts
- Process employees’ expenses
- Reconcile credit card statements
- Perform other administrative duties such as copying, mailing, filing, document scanning and ordering office supplies
- Ad hoc duties as requested
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- BALZAC, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Front desk (preferred)
