Job Description
Canadian Locators Inc is currently recruiting for Administrative Assistant. This position is in the Markham, ON office. Canadian Locators Inc. is an underground locating company. Reporting to the Project coordinator, the Administrative Assistant is an entry-level role that will assist our project teams in the development of our subcontractor network and in the delivery of various projects for our client.
Responsibilities–
-Reading and verifying utility records
-Scheduling and coordinating of underground locating verification activities
-Provide administrative support as required
-Maintain and order company equipment and supplies as required
-Manage reports in a timely manner and input data into systems
-Performs other related duties as assigned
-Preparing, documenting and logging staff/safety meeting minutes and posting on website.
-Education -. College Degree required
-Must have good proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Must have skills of multitasking
-Able to work independently and in a team atmosphere
-Able to work very fast paced environment
— Must be extrovert and communicative.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.50 per hour
