Bilingual Warehouse Workflow Coordinator
As the Warehouse Workflow Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the workflow shipments from the Canon Canada warehouse. You will create, prepare and send carrier lineups and manifests for shipments to carriers. This also include sending inquiries regarding the deliveries, pick ups and relocations of copier equipment to the carriers. You will also information with the domestic transportation team regarding carrier claims resulting from shipment shortage or customer property damage. This role requires you to work out of our Dixie Road office five days a week.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate the inbound and outbound workflow of the wholesale side of the warehouse. This involves planning orders using the Warehouse Management System
- Respond to all wholesale shipment inquiries from the dealer support team
- File documents and prepare various shipping records for periodic audits
- Execute wholesale inventory transactions by liaising with inventory teams to stock intangible items that will be allocated to orders for shipment.
- Prepare export shipments by liaising with the Customs and Traffic team
- Place orders for warehouse supplies
- Participate in inventory counts
- Act as backup to retail side of the warehouse by performing many of the above duties during peak periods
What We’re Looking For
Advanced French is necessary to communicate to customers- 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong analytical abilities in order to investigate discrepancies, locked orders, and lost shipments using the warehouse management system
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Superb time management skills to balance daily, weekly, and monthly priorities
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
- Project and process management skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Basic ability to operate RF scanners to successfully account for inventory
