• Support the financial planning activities and preparation of 6 budgets annually
• Provide support for the monthly P&L forecasts
• Prepare assigned daily/monthly reports detailing business KPIs and financial P&Ls. Ensure all timelines are met for all reports
• Prepare and perform monthly re-class and accrual journal entries
• Identify billing errors, coding errors and offer support in resolving them
• Analyze monthly variances against budget and prior year results
• Drive continuous process improvements to ensure that best practices are followed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Working towards CPA an asset
• 1-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to analyze data, determine variances, and identify potential issues
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel – use of pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formulas
• Ability to manage tasks and meet monthly deadlines
• Good project and process management skills
• French is considered an asset

• This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
• When working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. Remote work is supported with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools
