The Role

Great opportunity for an ambitious, focused person who sees themselves further developing their career in the Industrial On-Hire Recruitment space.

Ideally, you will have experience as a Recruiter, however, if you are currently working in Account Management/HR/Marketing/Sales in a relevant Industrial space and are a pro-active self-starter looking to change roles, we would be keen to hear from you.

You will be managing an existing portfolio of clients with scope to grow. We encourage you to develop, support and draw from your own networks for candidates, so if you are aligned with sporting organizations or cultural groups, this might be your chance to give a little back. What you will be doing – Key Tasks

• Ongoing candidate care and performance development
• Interview candidates
• Select and match candidates against job brief
• Onboard candidates and issue relevant documentation
• Grow your understanding of the skill sets to provide the right talent for your clients
• Work with our clients to grow your portfolio and in turn support their business needs using a consultative approach and representing our brand
• Ensure both employee and site H&S compliance
• Develop our recruitment strategy

What you will bring – Skills and Experience

• Knowledge and/or experience within the industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transport sectors
• Existing networks within these fields and confidence to grow further
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
• A drive to succeed in your role to reach and exceed targets
• Ability to build quick rapport with both applicants and employees
• Experience and strong skills using recruiting platforms, ATS, CRM
• Knowledge of best practice HRM, including NZ employment
• Collaborative contributor within the wider team
• Must have current NZ drivers licence
