Cansfield High School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed teacher who has high expectations of the students and of themselves. The successful applicant must be able to significantly contribute to the success of the department and you must possess enthusiasm, be highly motivated and possess excellent teaching and learning skills.

This post is open to experienced and newly qualified teachers and is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic teacher who will be able to participate fully in the ongoing development of the subject as required in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

A creative approach to the teaching and an ability to enthuse others would be highly valued. The successful person will need to demonstrate a clear philosophy for the learning of all children; able to demonstrate proven communication skills; able to offer practical strategies that enable children of all abilities to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate should be able to communicate a deep and genuine interest in finding ways to involve young people in learning.
