What would you do:

• Review analytics and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Partner with universities and technical communities to expand our network.
• Assist in the organization of different events such as meetups, job fairs, conferences etc.
• Create presentations; consolidate information into cohesive, accurate, and clear presentations.
• Support the application of the brand strategy by following up with specific tasks such as reviewing the monthly grid, organizing events, posting on social media etc.

What do you need:

• 0 to 6 months of experience
• Strong passion to develop a career in recruitment marketing.
• Strong organizational skills: ability to manage his/her own work independently and in collaboration with distributed teams.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and resolve problems.
• Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point). Photoshop is a plus
• Proficient English speaker
• Able to work 20 hours per week, student in the last year of marketing
