Cloud Custom Apps combine design and technology with modern delivery mythologies to deliver experience oriented, scalable, sustainable and secure enterprise digital solutions. We are tech savvy consultants on a journey to deliver innovation and expertise to our clients. Join a collaborative team that is solution focused and empower each other to be their best.
Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Design and development of React related features and stories
- Possible projects can include Cloud (Azure or AWS), front-end and/or back-end, microservices, and containerisation (e.g. Docker), and you will have the opportunity to learn new technologies in a real working environment alongside experienced developers
- Strong emphasis on quality and standards e.g. good unit test coverage, robust peer reviews
- Opportunity to interact with non-technical team members and wider business team to use your expertise to guide the project to success
- Inclusion and contribution to out-of-project initiatives and events in the wider Digital Engineering practice
- Opportunity to lead technical teams given the right level of experience
Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 2+ years of ReactJS development
- Strong experience with modern and vanilla JavaScript techniques including ReactJS, Redux, and ES6/ES7 features
- Familiarity connecting to Microservices, REST APIs, Graph QL APIs, and other database-driven web applications
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Asynchronous programming including Promises, async/await, and ES7 generators, along with state management using Redux
- Modern web security methodologies & familiarity with both relational databases and non-relational databases (NoSQL, Elastic Search, Time Based DB)
- ASP.NET Web API in C#
- 2+ years of C# development
Nice to have:
- Previous Experience as Lead developer
- Agile certification (SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
