Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini’s Insights & Data practice we intend to recruit a Data Analyst and Power BI Developer with relevant consulting and communication skills. If you are already working in a consultancy role, or have excellent client-facing skills gained within large organisations, we would like to discuss our consultant opportunities with you.

Power BI is the leading visualisation and dashboarding platform and we need someone who is passionate about data visualisations, data storytelling and delivering insights to the business to join our team. If you’re someone who wants to help drive self-service BI within an organisation then that’s even better!

Let’s talk about your qualifications and experience:

• Experienced developing reports and dashboards using Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau and Others)
• Experience with data visualisation and effectively presenting data is essential
• Experience with data analytics and insights extraction for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Effective at stakeholder management and requirements gathering
• Familiar with Azure cloud concepts
• Experience with databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, Data Platforms and Data Warehouses, and modern data architecture concepts including Data Lakes
• Has worked in corporate environments with large data sets and complex data models
• At least 3 years of experience in IT services industry at varied technologies and customers. Understanding the software engineering lifecycle is important
• Can support the design and development of dashboards, reports and data models
