We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist who embodies our culture and will help us take our team to the next level by supporting general operations and data management within our organization. This role requires strong attention to detail, an upbeat and positive attitude, and a willingness to dive into an ever-changing environment while tracking and optimizing operational data across the company.
The right candidate can expect to join a collaborative and effective Operations team and bring a passion for data analytics in order to help drive process improvements and curate solutions to agency-wide initiatives. Role and Responsibilities
Project set up and pipeline data collection and management across our systems
Ensures critical project set up and pipeline data is entered properly into systems according to written instructions
Management and collection of data – ongoing maintenance with a sense of flexibility and attention to detail is key to this role
Plan, organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks in a collaborative work environment
Understanding of our sales process to help raise flags and identify gaps or inaccuracies within data
