Do you have experience working at the Front Desk of a Dental Office?

If so, Capital Staffing Inc is seeking an awesome Dental receptionist to complete a contract position for an awesome Dental Practice in Auburn!

Minimum Qualifications:

• One-year hands-on experience with answering phones and using computer based applications in a professional manner.
• Great Communication skills and ability to work effectively with Providers and Dental staff in stressful situations.
• Understanding of HIPAA.
• High School diploma and equivalent.
• Must be able to work at both Auburn and Grass Valley clinics if needed, the home base would be Auburn.
• Current CDL, and insurance.
• ***MUST BE WILLING TO RECEIVE COVID 19 VACCINATION BEFORE DATE OF HIRE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR EMPLOYMENT.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year experience in a Dental front office or back-office setting.
• One year experience medical and/or dental eligibility, including knowledge of Medi-Cal and Private insurance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Ability to read, write, understand and spell English and Dental terminology correctly.

This is a contract position with an immediate start date and will end at the end of April!

PAY DOE: $19.30-$22.60/hr
