CAPTAIN DAN’S INC. Hiring For Inventory Administration Liaison at Richibucto-village, NB Full Time

The Freezer Support Administration Liaison is responsible to track and record all species of both finished and in transit product as well as provide support to the mastering department. Other duties will be assigned as necessary.

Job Duties

• Tracking and recording all species of finished and in transit production product. coming off of the production line going into the main freezer and the blast freezers.
• Tracking and recording all species of in transit production product coming out of the freezer to thaw and continue in further production.
• Tracking and assisting with all finished products being palletized and loaded on trucks and containers for shipping out of the plant.
• Support Freezer Staff in ongoing and month-end physical inventory counts of frozen finished product.
• Create all necessary documentation for the importing/exporting of live and/or frozen products into/from Canada.
• Provide accurate detailed timely paperwork to the Administration for all of the above items on a daily basis.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed or required.

Requirements

• Previous experience would be an asset; however, on the job training will be provided
• Ability to speak French would be an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a high demanding, deadline driven environment

Job Types: Seasonal, Full-time

Salary: $18.00 per hour
