Cardrona Alpine Resort Hiring for Reservations Coordinator Job at Cardrona Full Time

We are currently on the lookout for an ambassador of the Cardrona and Treble Cone way of life to be part of leading the on mountain reservations & guest services team in both summer & winter.
The Reservations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring both guest & staff feel welcome and inspired to be a part of the Cardrona and Treble Cone experience.
Key responsibility of this role include:

• Ensure the smooth day to day running of the Cardrona and Treble Cone on-mountain reservations & guest services office.
• Provide initial & ongoing training of the ticket office team to ensure consistency & accuracy of sales.
• Drive sales of Cardrona and Treble Cone products. Recognize and create sales opportunities; on mountain accommodation, ski and snowboard school, bike school, kids programs, rentals and packages.

The successful person will have proven leadership skills as well as previous sales or reservations experience, a high level of guest service and a relevant qualification for the role.
