Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support and secretarial assistance to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chief Operating Officer (COO)
• Assist in the following matters such as appointment scheduling, coordinating of internal and external meetings as well as email correspondences in a confidential and professional way
• Building and maintaining good relationships with all contacts (internally and externally)
• Attend meetings to take minutes when required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by CEO & COO

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills especially spoken and written English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
• Motivated and flexible individual with exceptional multi-tasking ability
• Effective communicator with people at all levels and from all backgrounds and cultures
