We are in search of a Data Entry Administrator for our Medley, FL branch. Ideal candidates come with strong data entry and accuracy skills, detailed oritented and able to work in a fast paced enviorment. The position offers growth opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
· Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents
· Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
· Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output. Assist in the purchasing department by entering product information numeric and alpha into excel spread sheet
Requirement:
· Familiarity with administrative duties
· Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
· Typing speed and accuracy
· Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
· Attention to detail
· Confidentiality
· Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
