At our recruitment agency, we are thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity on behalf of our client for the position of Operations Co-ordinator, Mental Health.
The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of high-level mental health services by organising the
Following Activities
Co-ordinate the efficient and effective functioning of mental health programmes and specified projects
Coordinate workforce development and training activities
Contribute to programme monitoring and coordinate programme reporting
Manage the mental health risk and issues registers
Support the mental health leadership team annual planning and clinical governance activities
Manage clinical spaces including lease discussions, and hotel functions
Organise team meetings and ensure standing agenda is kept up to date
Collate and present information on supply, demand, equity, and patient experience
Provide project management support
Provide best practice administration
Manage mental health filing systems and keep standard operating procedures up to date
Support communications to internal and external stakeholders and partners. This will include web-
based communications and social media
Responding to and coordinating responses to programme queries
Ensure the effective administration of programme governance and advisory groups
Support programme meetings and other related events, on both local and national scales (e.g.
bookings, catering, agendas, minutes, recording actions and decision, etc.)
Essential Skills, Knowledge And Experience
Experience in project management, coordination and administration
Sound understanding of programme design, delivery and evaluation processes
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of, and adherence to project management principles
A demonstrable track record of coordinating or working as part of a project team both directly and indirectly to achieve significant, sustainable service improvements and outstanding results
Experience developing and implementing culturally responsive strategies in terms of service delivery
Proven ability to research, analyse and articulate relevant information
