The Invoicing Specialist (Open to Remote) will perform a variety of complex support tasks related to invoicing. In this role, you will ensure positive customer experience and getting invoices out timely and accurately for internal and external customers using standard procedures and providing assistance to internal and external partners. Key Accountabilities
Perform complex administrative tasks in support of improvement projects and commitments requiring a basic understanding of customer service practices and procedures.
Participate in executing customer service strategies.
Address customer inquiries about invoices and other standard information needed to validate the transaction.
Provide administrative support to verifying and updating invoices and accounting documents, including complex financial business transactions and relationships with internal clients, suppliers and customers.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience
Reporting and analysis experience
Experience working with accounts payable module applications
Fluent in French (this is a preferred qualification, not minimum) Position Information
