Summary

 As a member of the Global Talent Management team at Carhartt, the Sr.
Manager of Organizational Design, Effectiveness & Engagement will lead
the strategic direction for organization design, effectiveness, and
engagement priorities.  This role will be responsible for helping
enterprise functions with their organizational strategies and
effectiveness initiatives as they work to bridge the gap from current to
desired future state. This Sr. Manager is also responsible for ensuring
the Engagement and Culture team is provided with the direction and
thought leadership needed to drive engagement and culture initiatives
such as our Continuous Listening strategy, including company-wide
engagement survey and action planning. The person in this role will
partner with other members of Talent Management leadership along with
cross functional partners and members of HR to identify and address
opportunities. Alongside peers, the Sr. Manager of Organization Design,
Effectiveness & Engagement has significant impact across the
organization as their direction, strategy and approaches are executed
globally across several functions and regions-US, Mexico, EMEA and APAC.

Responsibilities

Leads, manages, mentors, coaches, and directs a team focused on
enterprise organizational design, effectiveness, and engagement
priorities and influences senior level stakeholders within the business
and HR to drive organizational change programs towards a singular vision
while embracing different approaches and styles

Provides the thought leadership needed to support the development and
execution of corporate business strategies leveraging best in-class
organization design frameworks and change management methodologies

Owns the design and execution of an enterprise-wide organizational
design and systems approach 

Serves as a companywide expert, strategic advisor and thought leader for
change management partnering closely with the business leaders to ensure
organizational design deliverables are intentionally focused on
achieving the future state vision

Partners with business leaders to execute on large scale organization
change in alignment with the corporate strategy and goals inclusive of
providing interventions for individuals, teams, and organization to
execute strategic business plans within lines of the business and across
the enterprise

Collaborates with business leaders to identify and prioritize critical
needs that enable Carhartt to lead, transform and meet its long-term
growth objective

Implements and manages programs and processes that positively impact our
company culture (behavioral norms & rules) initiatives, and overall
associate experience

Supports the application of organization development diagnostic support
and leverages insights from external macroeconomic and people data and
trends that may impact future structures and work
